_ Further, this document also provides guidance on the procedures/process to be undertaken by any stakeholder of KINGSTER GLOBAL EDUCATION GROUP LTD, in case of any violation of this policy is identified/suspected by them.

Statement

“KINGSTER GLOBAL EDUCATION GROUP LTD does not engage in nor tolerate any form of corruption, including bribery, facilitation payments, kickbacks or any forms of embezzlements and will uphold all laws countering bribery, fraud and corruption in all forms.”

 

This policy requires all stakeholders of KINGSTER GLOBAL EDUCATION GROUP LTD not to:

_ offer or pay bribe or inducement of any kind in any activity relating to KINGSTER GLOBAL EDUCATION GROUP LTD;

_ solicit business by offering bribe or unofficial payments;

_ accept any bribe in whatsoever form;

_ Not to make or accept any facilitation payments.

This policy recognizes the need for normal business hospitality however binds the extension or
